Cancellation Policy

-Full refund if cancelled by guest within 48 hours of booking

-50% refund if cancelled by guest within 14 days of booking

-No refunds after 14 days of payment

-Date and time changes after booking are subject to a 25% service fee.

-Security deposit is fully refundable after booking, once premises have been inspected.

Cleaning & Trash

-Please leave the premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when you arrived. You must discard your own trash. If any trash is left behind, additional cleaning costs may accrue.

-All items brought to the space by you are to be removed at the end of your booking. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen item(s).

-If you do not return the studio to the order and cleanliness found when you arrived, an additional minimum $50 or more cleaning fee to be withheld from the cleaning / damage deposit.

-Please refer to the photos on the site for correct placement of all objects.

Studio Rules

-No body oils or body makeup of any kind. If any stains are found on furniture or walls, an additional cleaning fee of $100 or more will be withheld from your damage deposit.

-No smoking / vaping / fog / haze machine are allowed in the space at any time.

-No candles

-No confetti or glitter of any kind

-No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs are allowed at any time.

-Music is to be kept at reasonable levels.

-No pets are allowed.

-All persons and activity on studio premises may be video recorded for security usage. If you unplug a security camera, a $50 fee applies immediately.

Waiver of Liability

Use of our studio is at renter’s risk. You hereby agree that we will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to renter (Monarque Studios Inc.), their party or possessions while on premises.
